A Proven Wh Question Strategy for Students on the Autism Spectrum!

One of the issues students on the Autism Spectrum have is Communication, right? Receptive and Expressive language is HARD for our students. Wh Questions are part of those communication issues. Sometimes by the time a student gets to the end of the question, he/she has forgotten what it was that needed to be answered!!!

Figuring out exactly what someone is asking can be problematic for our students and so it’s up to us to find a way to help make that problem a little less difficult.

I’ve found a quick, yet effective strategy for making those Wh questions a bit easier to handle that I’ve used with success and I want to share with you!

Just think how useful this could be if your student on the spectrum could learn to apply this strategy for themselves!!!!
