Homemade Sensory Bottles for students with Special Needs! Cheap-Cheap!

Homemade Sensory Bottles for students with Special Needs! Cheap-Cheap!

Have you ever said to yourself, “This is so simple I could make it myself!”?  Well here’s some options for you!
I’m sharing two options here on the blog and you’ll see three in the video!
1. Swirl It!
Take an empty Gatorade or water bottle and put in half water and half shaving cream.  Shake it up for a visual swirl effect!
2.  Wave Machine!
Again use an empty bottle and put in half water, half corn syrup and food coloring.  Put the bottle on it’s side and you’ve got yourself hours of fun with “waves”
Now take a look at the three options on the video.  These are actually my favorites!

Next week I’m doing another amazing app, so stay tuned!  PLUS I’ll be giving you three secrets on how to know if an app is good or not!!!
See you next time!

Thank you for sharing, you do have great ideas. Australia is now on holidays until January 2014 but will get ready for next year. I have a class of 5 children with high sensory needs. Thank you. Love your site.

Marie-Jo, Happy Holidays to you!!! We start our break on Friday! Thrilled that you love the site and that you are getting good ideas. If you ever have any suggestions or requests, let me know. Always looking for ideas that I can share or problems I can help solve. By the way, how old are your students?
